Having a vast experience in the horticulture sector and being in different roles all over Africa, Susan had the dream of enabling farmers of all kind to attain a higher standard of produce and having the know how of the export industry. 

Susan has worked at Horticultural Crops Development Authority (now Horticultural Crops Directorate – HCD), ISA Cert ( Netherlands), Afri Cert and SGS Tanzania. She has been involved in involved in horticultural extension, capacity building of smallholder farmers, provision of support and coordination to small and medium scale traders and exporters on product safety and quality requirements.
